ElendiLabs provides a pharmaceutical consultancy marketplace, regulatory compliance solutions, and software platforms. Our services include but are not limited to:

• A marketplace connecting manufacturers with verified pharmaceutical consultants
• Project posting for regulatory questions and quotation requests
• Secure messaging between manufacturers and consultants
• Credit-based system for unlocking and connecting with leads
• Referral program for inviting new users to the platform
• Medical device registration guidance and regulatory databases
• Expert Q&A platform connecting users with industry professionals

4. Platform & Marketplace

ElendiLabs operates a marketplace that connects manufacturers seeking regulatory guidance with verified pharmaceutical consultants. By using the platform, you agree to the following:

• Manufacturers may post projects (questions or quotation requests) to seek assistance from consultants
• Consultants may browse, unlock, and respond to projects using credits
• ElendiLabs facilitates connections but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any engagement between parties
• All communications between manufacturers and consultants must remain on the ElendiLabs platform. Sharing external contact details (email, phone, social media, etc.) through the platform is strictly prohibited
• All transactions and engagements between manufacturers and consultants are the responsibility of the respective parties

5. Credits System

The platform uses a credit-based system to facilitate connections between users. By using credits, you agree to the following:

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts
• Credits may be earned through referrals, sign-up bonuses, or purchased through the platform
• Credits are consumed when unlocking projects or connecting with leads
• ElendiLabs reserves the right to modify credit values, earning mechanisms, and usage rules at any time

6. Referral Program

ElendiLabs offers a referral program that allows users to earn credits by inviting others to the platform. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Referral credits are awarded when the referred user creates an account and their organization creates a project
• Abuse of the referral system, including creating fake accounts or self-referrals, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits
• ElendiLabs reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

7. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are tied to organizations, and you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of your organization.

8. Consultant Obligations

If you register as a consultant on the platform, you agree to the following additional obligations:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your qualifications, expertise, and country coverage
• Respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
• Not misrepresent your capabilities or provide misleading information to manufacturers

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ElendiLabs or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElendiLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The information provided through our platform is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, medical, or professional advice. Always consult with appropriate authorities or qualified professionals for specific regulatory requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
